If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We also welcome new patients and walk-ins seeking immediate assistance. Our office facilitates emergency calls, and we will make every attempt to accomodate your schedule. After-hours and weekend appointments are available, so please call and inquire about setting one up!
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients requiring major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We also offer Capital One patient financing options. We accept most PPO dental insurance plans including Aetna, Delta Dental, MetLife, Guardian, Dentemax, Compbenefits, Principal Financial, Ameritas, Unicare, United Concordia and Dentistat. Other insurances we will gladly file on your behalf.
